CryptoShape is a 3D steganographic representation of a cryptocurrency wallet’s mnemonic phrase. Generated via CryptoCalc and operable across multiple blockchains, its purpose is to serve as a secure 3D QR code, establishing a unique and indelible link between the physical and digital worlds.
CryptoShape: Encoding the Seed into Form
Core Objective: To transform a wallet’s secret mnemonic phrase into a 3D geometric sequence.
Beyond Base64 and QR Codes
CryptoShape offers a revolutionary alternative to standard Base64 or 2D QR codes for encoding private keys. By leveraging the BIP39 (Bitcoin Improvement Proposal) standard, we bridge the gap between human-readable mnemonics and spatial geometry.
The Geometry of Entropy
Each mnemonic word is identified by its index number within a standardized 2048-word dictionary.
- The Logic: This index represents 11 bits of information.
- The Mapping: We segment these 11 bits into 3 parts (4, 4, and 3 bits) to determine a unique 3D coordinate $\{x, y, z\}$.
- The Spatial Grid: Within a $16 \times 16 \times 16$ cube, the « missing bit » is balanced through precise scale conversion.
Typology of Forms
CryptoShape offers various visual signatures to represent your private data, depending on the chosen coordinate system:
1. Cartesian Coordinates (Structured & Linear)
- Simple: Minimalist point-to-point mapping.
- Arc: Fluid, curved transitions between mnemonics.
- Stair Step: Orthogonal increments reflecting the sequence’s progression.
- Pin: Vertical spikes originating from a base plane.
- Blockchain: Interconnected nodes forming a solid structural link.
2. Polar & Advanced Coordinates (Organic & Quantum)
- Corona: Radial expansion from a central point, like a stellar halo.
- Helical: A spiral ascension representing the DNA of your wallet.
- Bloch Sphere: A representation inspired by quantum mechanics, mapping entropy onto a spherical surface.
